They are all set to maximum, that's what makes me crazy. All other bomber gunners, british, german and italian, shoot like devils also at "average" skill. I noticed that in a default mission the skill of the ju88 is set to "other" and it's impossible to see the details, if you click on the three dot box nothing happens. I'm going to build a mission with a Ju88 and a Spit to test different skill settings.
