Contraband Searcher-Wheres Bruges?

Does anyone have a screenshot of where I can find him? I went to http://www.gamebanshee.com/kingsboun...ndsearcher.php but the zoomed in square doesnt make sense, Im near the mercenary camp and dont find him.

Does anyone have a screenshot of where exactly he might be?
