Is Level 60 max rage level?

Thanks, I'm at the point where I get the last valkyrie. I just wanted to get an impression of how long (in gametime) it would take until the last skill is unlocked, and whether I should stop leveling rage skills until that point (rage level is 41 or 42, I think, and Mista's Lightning is still at the basic level).
