Because this was promised on release sir, so the "cra*" was already in there, and as such was well over due for release! Some indeviduals only wanted this "cra*". People like me who only play multiplayer regard single player as "cra*"... However if I was to say this out loud there would be a number of people with bad things to say about me! So, what Im trying to say is, one mans "cra*" is another mans treasure! Dont forget that!
