Why shoot yourself in the foot by breaking a promise to your customers that you didn't even need to make in the first place? Just have to shake your head...
It is meant to be UNDER promise and OVER deliver. Some things are difficult in project management, no arguments about that, but this is not one of them. If the public face is this inept it really makes me wonder what happens behind the scenes. Last edited by jimbop; 09-15-2012 at 11:49 PM. |
