Yes, some enemy armies has commanders, who, like Olaf, are present at the battlefield. Unlike Olaf those commanders can only cast spells and show their emotions. There are no additional slots for items. Sadly, Valkiries don't transfer bonuses of items sacrificed to them by Olaf. As for the editor - the game will feature the same one as CW.
