It would be nicer if admins of the server will set no external views and no padlock. These settings will make it the best server.

It's in discussion the use of new view features. It's very probable that the server will go no padlock at least, and also probably no enemy view.
IL2 crowd has maturity now and is switching towards more challenging setting IMHO.
Anyway there are a lot of full switch servers making their job very well.
