What 'Equipment' do you use

Can i just check, do you have a decent joystick and separate rudder control block (via Controlled by your footing)? I think the slight flaw i have is due to the fact that my rudder function is a twist motion on my joystick (Logitech Extreme 3D pro)... The aircraft swings too aggressively when firing the cannons... In dog fights i slow down/ staller easier too! Anyone else have an opinion? Cheers
