I use a Corsair TX650 and is more than enough. I do NOT overclock which would require a bigger PSU. The 7970HD draws LESS power than 6970HD. Also getting rid of traditional HDDs in favor of SSDs is good, quite a bit less power draw and noise..even sometimes you miss the rattle of HDD
