I'd recommend not to judge too hard just because of this bug. Yes, it's annoying, particularly for offline players, but on the other hand having bugs in initial public releases is nothing special at all.
Depending on each one's attitude it's better either to just go on reporting
other/additional bugs apart from this well known one, or to just sit back and relax until a hotfix or even 4.11.1 is out.
