I like it and will continue to use it unless is forbidden.
Pilots should reconfigure the sound settings after applying the effect (e.g. reducing the output volume). I never had any issue with it, the problems IMHO are concerned with bad/wrong sound configurations on the TS software or bad microphones in the first place. Regards.
