Engine always overheats

Great! None of the stuff I wrote above is cast in stone, so feel free to experiment (Merlin engines are dirt cheap ). CoD's CEM is new to all of us, so if you latch on to any technique that you feel gives you an edge, let us know. Unless, of course, you fly online --we're a nasty bunch who deserve no favours. LOL (just kidding!!!!)

BTW, was flying the Rotol Hurricane last night and I'm not sure if this latest beta patch hasn't changed the mixture control to match the Spit's (ie. Push forward for full rich; until now the Hurri was always pull back for full rich which is historically accurate). Will have to check further on this for both Hurricane models depicted in CoD.
