A little bit OT, but maybe you are not aware of that usually the swastikas are painted over on pictures hosted by German sides/servers etc, due to the fact that it is a criminal offence in Germany to publish, show or distribute something with the symbol on it. So maybe the picture was simply provided by German artist.
Some administration in Berlin even dragged a shopkeeper infront of court, because he sold stickers with a double crossed swastika, here a symbol associated with AntiFa or left minded youth, or which shall simply express the dislike of any nationalism.
