Well, I didint understood if you want that marking target work in a DF or Coop maps, anyway,I made a small DF mission and successfully tested... When I completed the target over the objects marked for defence for blue side, IL2 displayed a RED WON warning....

The only two problems: IL2 only sets until 75% for defence targets, if you want more you need to edit the mis file... Also, I think that works in one targets, if you want more targets, would be necessary a program like FBDj to rotate mapas after many targets being met... In =AIRWARS= we use FBDJ to change maps whose targets have been met...
