Map the relevant controls...

Controls > Keys > Camera > Hold to adjust field of view.

Then hold that and move the mouse to your desired FOV.

Note: It will only work if the F10 interface is ON.

Thanks, I thought these had the same 90º FOV limit as in 1946. Will try.
