Ubisoft $74 Million Net loss

I don't think this will come as any big surprise,the company UBISOFT just have themselves to blame,if the way they handled the COD release is anything to go by.

COD was the first time I preordered a game from them,and to be very blunt,the customer service was in a wordXXXXX.After preordering games from GAME in the UK,I had been spoiled with confirmations,updates and most importantly a despatch message.

During the despatch of COD we all were witness to the shabby way they dispatched the game,some of the threads on this forum during this time were just unbelieveable.

I realised that although I personally was not impressed with the service, which I got from them,that I had luckily,got away lightly,to some of the poor sods who had purchased the preordered game,and their woes which they displayed on here.

UBISOFT also took the money upfront prior to the goods being despatched which I thought stunk,the first time any company had done this to me,anyway.

I would never,ever preorder from this so called company again,and I can only think that now all their problems involved in business are coming home roost!
