The "blue lines" actually seems to be affecting the 69xx series to be specific. All reports I've seen so far are people with 6950 or 6970 cards. Also if you want the problem fixed you HAVE to report it to ATi yourselves otherwise no fix, so the more of you who report it the faster they will fix it.
