I didn't see any instructions on the original post, other than apply it to the current Steam version. I used Win 7's extractor, but I can try WinRAR. I didn't see any documentation in the zip file, but I'll check again. All I did was copy it over the installation in my common apps steam folder, just like the ones before it, and I never had an issues with them.
