Had the same issue.
Been having BSOD and Launcher exe stopped working a lot. Been trying to reinstall, check integrity of files and all, nothing helped. I then checked all my driver versions. Used a tool, driver something, can't remember. Anyway, it showed I still had some leftovers from old drivers, sound, video and throttles/joystick stuff. Deleted the whole bunch, had to restart in safe mode and deleted some more, after that installed all drivers fresh. Solved the problem. Good luck
