well after reading almost all 50 something pages of this thread, i cant wait to buy the game, spend some time on single player and get right into this battle for europe.
edal, dont give up just yet. it just sounds like you got a false start at the gates. tighten up the ship a bit, drop the inactive players, modify the rules a bit and tweak whatever needs tweaking and off to the races.
question though: when are you guys mostly on? i'm gmt +4 so i'm kind of worried that i wont catch most of you on the psn.
if you're still thinking about hanging on to this idea, just consider me as reserves until i get my wings.
shouldnt be long though.
