Where to find Demonologists?

I just got to lvl 30 with my mage on impossible, but I didn't find demonologists anywhere. They look like the coolest new unit and I really want to try them, but I have all islands unlocked and didn't find any.

Does anyone know if there's a guaranteed source of them in the game?
