Intellect Question
Just want to make sure I have this right.
If my toon has an intellect of 7, then it gets 5% damage for each point and 15% for each 7 points, so an intellect of 7 provides (5x7)+15=50% more damage for spell use? Or does the 35% get wiped when reaching each 7 points and drops down to only 15% more spell damage?
