Taping my maps

I created some cool maps(Stalingrad,Yugoslavia,D-day) and I want to tape them but how can I?I saw guys on youtube do it.
So,I tried with Hypercam,but the picture is low-quality and blinking.
Can somevone tell me some other camrea or somthing?
