Yep I've played the Russian version too and there's no Trading. I was a bit confused about this because it was always my practice to max Trading and sell items for full value. I even used to upgrade items I didn't want to keep for their sale value. But the Trading skill is gone and I don't think it's been replaced by anything, which means we get something crappy like 1/3 resale value.
