move fast order (this is from memory) is i think (this is just d-pad commands) -
RIGHT/RIGHT/UP Move fast basically makes the selected units move to the desired location at a fast pace, while also engaging enemies en route but not stopping to attack. They will just shoot while on the move  Need anymore help just post.
