The colours here are the normal agme colours. It just looks a little different than the game often does because of the time of day, with the sun low in the sky. Most of the game's stock missions seem to take place in the middle of the day.
Before the beta patch even in this time of day we have big difference. Now the terrain colours are MUCH better.
