Is that the only layer you have?? you dont have a "panel layer"?.

Download it and layer it over your skin in photoshop, then adjust its opacity down to about 70-80 % should do it, till you see you skin coming through, you should now have a better idea of how the panels are laid out.

How do you download from that site, its none english?, ok got it, thankssssss
