I posted regards this problem and got the help I needed.
I am not sure wether this is the same for everyone or not but I cannot change views on tracks recorded with different or previous Beta versions. I am stuck in cockpit view in all my tracks recorded with older game versions. When opening a track you need to enable 'Edit Views' (opening track menu) before playing it. On my PC, starting the track results in weird terrain texture view and I have to press F1 and then select whatever view I want
