MOD that makes the navi chart mobs kiteable?

Topic says it all, does anyone know if making this mod would be hard or if a mod like this has already been made?

I find it tedious as hell to kite them even tho Ive gotten to the point where I can without to much hassle. So I rather just be able to kite them away normally now to save me the time .
