cant creat profile

i just managed to get this game installed but when i type my profile name nothing happens if i press back or create again the game shuts down this is really getting on my nervs

Vista denies access to files inside Program files folder by default, so you can't create it. Run the game or editors using "Run as Administrator" context menu option (right-click on executable file).
