B.F .. I played the first level, and I have spent a scene in which he appears Captain.

I have the feeling that the game can be something monotone after several levels, but surely is because I do not understand the history. I do not want to know exactly the history, but..About the history of the game.. Is a good history ?

History is the main part of the game.
I reccomend you wait for english version.
And I really hope it will be translated good enough to be as good as it is on russian.

But I hope that not all spoken language is on english in the english version, I want the russian but with english subtitles. If you have english spoken language, much of the atmosphere disappears, or maybe if they make it like S.T.A.L.K.E.R., english with russian break.

As far as I see it is no problem to tweak the game to this.
But I don't think they can make it like it was in stalker. All text in game is attached to storyline.
