Unit upgrade

Sorry if this is explained in another trhead.

I am lvl 7 Mage. i just got to the swamps and found some Inquisitors.
I wanted to UPGRADE my Priests, but I was unable.
In the description window, i have the button. But i can't press it or it doesn't do anything.
Any suggestions ??
