Please check your settings in IL2 and let me know whether it's mapped on "+" or "-".
I think mine is cabled the wrong way around.

Go back into hotas settings and move the stick to give the opposite sign. simples.

I'm aware of that.
But it's replacement stick I just received and I don't see any reason why I should accept that, it has some other minor issues as well.

If you arnt happy with the stick send it back. It should have NO faults
