Invulnerable pilot achievement?

I am trying to get the Invulnerable pilot achievement. This is the one where you do a Single Mission called "Escort". You must have Attempts set to zero, and use Limited Ammo.

I completed the mission with zero Attempts and Limited Ammo but did not get the acheivement. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

Has to be limited ammo and limited fuel doesn't it?

It didn't mention anything about limited fuel.... Unless I missed it....

I actually got that even though I ran out of ammo 2 minutes before the end of the game, only had 3 bombers left in the end
