Where is the key to enter in cave on Zig-Zag from Rusty Anchor ?

Do the quest of the character down the coast from Zag-Zag. He asks you to bring him some bowmen, pirates, and robbers. He'll give you the key.

No, not have. Is just marauder and sea dog. I buy'it but not work. Must pirates and i not find it nowhere in Verona, Debir, Bola, Scarlet Wind, Rusty Anchor, Dersu, Umkas and Montero. Please help me.

I think the Sea Dogs are Pirates, but i could be wrong...
