how can i get the number of crystals?

i had a question yesterday,when i use this function as follow

     function get_crystal_count()
         return Logic.hero_lu_item("crystal","count")
     end

it returns 0,but the hero has 6,
i have check the return type is number,what's the problem?

It's "crystals", not "crystal".
