How to add units on skirmish?

Hi, i've wanted to play a LAN game with a friend in skirmish, but we would like just to add some units at the begining of the game, like have a Jagdtiger or something powerfull to be able to counter the computer's tank. thanks

Ummmmmmm Why cant you play the game the way its balanced and if you really want to you can use the map editor if you want or change the script for it
