Spawn Area After Beta Patch

Has anyone else had trouble with creating an online dogfight map after the beta patch with the spawn area not showing?

Before the beta patch(official 1458

I had no problem in creating an online dogfight map with the spawn area.I was able to choose it and then select a plane from the plane set.But not now.

Me or a bug?
