Dark Side Boat-bug

In Bear Butte I went to the swamp with my boat en defeated an enemy there. After that I must have teleported out. Now I need to be on that swamp again but my boat from earlier is in the way so I can't get there! And now I'm kinda stuck! Can you please help me?! I really don't know what I can do about this.
