109 spin recovery?

How do you get out of a spin in a 109? I constantly find myself entering a spin like a noob when I pull a turn too hard, and at low altitudes that means certain death.

I always put the stick directly in the opposite direction of the spin, included the rudder. Is this the correct way? How should one manage the throttle in a spin?
