Default How to I get in the sub in the Soviet last mission??
I am stuck on the sub trying to find how to get in... Where do I find the welding to torch to get in? Please help me!

Its next to the damaged Armoured Car that's in the far corner of the base fence.

Take the welding thing, drive it on the sub AND take your soldier off it. Then click the soldier again and an unlock-symbol will appear. Took me hours to figure that out
