Walk arround where ? If i go to wards the control room he wont jump on to the window ledge. If i head down below window he wont jump back up to ladder/steps area

Thank you so much for that , I had tried that way but couldn't get it to jump across. When you know its the way to go you can keep trying , had to wait for stamina to come back and sort run out kept hitting the top flaps knocking me off .
