Cannot find 'blood'

When I scan my conf.ini file, this is the error I get.

Is there a blood setting? I enjoy seeing the gunners slumped over, but I'd also like to see gore splattered everywhere. (maybe singed pics of their wife sliding down the plexiglass in grey-matter) I'm a simple man and enjoy simple pleasures.
