Default Unable to download
Please help!

I activated my account a week ago but I am not able to download files. It says that the administrator may have disabled my account? Any idea of what I should do? Thanks in advance!

Permissions for new members allow for viewing attachments and downloading attachments.

Permissions for new members do not allow uploading attachments.

Nope,still cannot download or even view forum attachments as NEW REGISTERED MEMBER.
