Camera stuck in Map editor

So im in map editor and the camera will not move diagonally or horizontally
it will only rotate and go up and down, i think it has to do with a key a might of pressed but its really pissing me off so any help would be really appreciated

have you disabled "clip camera position" in F2 modus?
