4.13 icons

I was reading through the 4.13 buzz, and saw a message from a DT member saying that the new icons have speed and G numbers for the A.I. aircraft. I passed over it, thinking I will have to look into that, and when I went to the game, I could see no option that would set this feature.
So I went back, but could not find the post.
Any one know anything about this, and how to activate it?
