Can you use thing's on the ground ?

Can you use cars, tanks and flak guns in this game ?
Mean that i did see somebody say that this is possible.
Would be kind of cool... You bail out, and then take revenge with a flak gun

The original idea was that you could use 'AA' guns, but that was dropped along with Dynamic weather and DX11 for performance issue's.
