Mine died last month. I filled out the online repair sheet and I got 2 emails, one poorly machine translated saying "you will recive a pre-paid DHL box at your door in the next few days and call DHL when its ready for pickup", the english one said print out this and this (barcodes and stuff) and get your sorry behind to a UPS pickup station and make sure the xbox is packaged but do not use the orginal packing it came in from the store. And just to be more annoying Im getting reminders once a week that Im now a silver member and I should pay for gold membership which I cant use. Way to go microsoft
