I stumbled upon a mod on moddb named "First Line". The release date is listed as TBD. I was wondering if the mod is dead? Seeing that all of the updates are old? Any info on this mod would be greatly appreciated.

If the mod is dead does anyone know if the creator released any of the military units already created? He created a ton of different countries which I would love to have!
