Hope Nike-it can dig up something on this.If the game is delayed because of optimizng issues then they should make an announcement about it "Kids,we got some issues but 2009/XX/XX is the date,so hang on"we wouldn't hurt them lol.At least that would be better than this deadly quiet,and confusion.
